Avoid communication breakdowns or being overwhelmed by change through an approach that people in any organization can use effectively. Cultivate skills that help deal with change both individually and interpersonally. Develop strategies to deal effectively with any change.

By the end of this workshop, participants are able to:

  • Examine and learn from their own behavior during changes they've faced in the past.

Al Nishimoto, MBA, has thirty years of corporate training experience, most recently as vice president of training for First Hawaiian Bank. He also teaches finance at Hawai‘i Pacific University.
