In this workshop, you study constructive approaches to giving and receiving feedback with emphasis on maintaining a spirit of openness and mutual respect.

Robb Drown is corporate training officer for First Hawaiian Bank, where he has worked since 1993. He is a certified AchieveGlobal and Development Dimensions International facilitator. Drown previously was HR manager at Hawaiian Life and organizational development manager for Pacific Guardian Life, where he was the principal trainer in management development.
