Learn an effective workflow for your digital images from capture to print. Review techniques for obtaining an optimal digital capture from your camera, and then use Adobe Lightroom to import, rename, edit, and organize your files. Each student learns to make expert image adjustments and print a favorite image on the large format printer.
Please bring your digital SLR camera, a digital capture card to make 40 to 60 exposures, the manual for your camera and a card reader device to transfer your images to the computer.
Prerequisites: Ability to operate your digital SLR camera and to navigate the Macintosh computer environment.
Engaged in photography throughout her education, Tracy Wright Corvo earned a bachelor's in communications, and a master's in elementary education from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, while she worked as a commercial photographer in Boston. She taught in private schools in Honolulu for 10 years before starting her portrait photography business, with an emphasis on children.
