PACS 108: Pacific Worlds
Summer 1 (online)
Introduces students to the geography, societies, histories, cultures, contemporary issues, and arts of Oceania, including Hawaiʻi. Course activities and material emphasize Pacific Islander perspectives and experiences.
We will explore Pacific seascapes, landscapes, and ethnoscapes using diverse learning activities in an asynchronous online environment. There are no synchronous meetings and no books to purchase (all material will be provided) for this online class.
