University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, iLab • $200

Learn to create a culture of innovation,
greater engagement, and rich collaboration
throughout your organization

This interactive workshop with Dr. Po Chi Wu will show you how to help your organization embrace its own innovation style and be agile in doing so. Weʻll explore innovation not as a goal, but as a means to drive change.

What are the key questions we need to be asking? What expectations are realistic? Of the many approaches to innovation, how do we figure out which ones are suitable for the needs of your organization? What resources will be necessary?

Agile Innovation addresses the three critical drivers of innovation success: accelerating the innovation process, reducing the risks inherent in innovation, and engaging your entire organization and your broader ecosystem in the innovation effort.

Workshop participants will come away with:

A general understanding of the innovation process

A clarification of myths and misunderstandings

An identification of needs and resources leading to success

A selection of appropriate approaches unique to your organization

About the instructor

Dr. Po Chi Wu is an Innovation Provocateur & Evangelist and an Investor in Human Capital.
